Great Negotiation...Great Price...Great Service!
Ralph found us an amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in an incredible complex with parks, pool, clubhouse and exercise room and negotiated the price down to only $150,000. I thought we'd have to pay a least $200,000! However, it became very difficult to get paperwork from the Seller, who was a big professional foreclosure company. As it started to drag on Ralph got suspicious of the Seller and discovered they no longer wanted to sell because the negotiated price was too low.
